Shipping Information

1.Standard Delivery

Delivery services are only applicable to the Philippines. Orders will be fulfilled at any time from Monday to Saturday (except holidays) from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The standard delivery schedule is as follows:

  • National Capital Region (“NCR”) – 3 to 5 working days
  • Luzon – 5 to 10 working days
  • Visayas and Mindanao – 7 to 12 working days

Due to geographical restrictions, some locations may be deemed as out of serviceable areas. For such cases, you will be notified to arrange an alternate address for the delivery.

2. Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are determined by the item’s size, weight, and your delivery address.

3. Shipping Status

The delivery status of your orders can be tracked via your account under “Track Order”. Once your order has been scheduled for delivery, you will also receive an SMS notification on the day.

4. Missed Delivery

If you were unable to receive your package at the time of the scheduled delivery, we will contact you via email, SMS or call.

4.1 If your delivery address is located in a central area, we will arrange to deliver the package a second time. However, if the second attempt is not successful, your full order will be considered cancelled.

4.2 If your delivery address is located outside the central areas, your full order will be considered as cancelled after the first attempt.

5. Authorization to Receive on Your Behalf

Please fill up the “Remarks/Instructions” on the Check-out Page if you are not available to personally receive your order. Your authorized receiver must present an authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID to the courier.
